  • Exercise are given on all speech organs:
  1. Exercises on correct Breathingusing the diaphragm.
  2. Exercise for warm-up of throat area and vocal cords.
  3. Exercises for mouth muscles and lower jaw.
  4. Exercise for the tongue.
  5. Exercises for lips.
  6. Exercises remedy cramps (lower and upper neck and mouth).
