Linear Algebra and Matrix Theory

This course discusses the concepts and terminology of linear algebra. It includes the following topics: Sentences of linear equations, methods of elimination (Gaus, Jordan). Matrices (operations and properties), prime matrices, reciprocal matrix, solving sentences of linear equations in matrix style. determinants. Radial and radial subspaces, linear independence, base and dimension, the four major subspaces of a matrix. Internal product in spaces, regular orthogonal bases, eigenvalues and eigen rays, distillation, general linear transformations, inverse linear transformations, kernel and range, applications.
