The course includes principles in chemistry, mechanism of chemical effects on the body in terms of absorption, subtraction, transport, metabolism and receptors and includes a division of drugs according to their mechanism and the biological system affected by it, the common therapeutic and side effects with concepts of doses, serum drug concentration and principles of pharmacological interventions.
