In the light of Manara University's vision represented by heading towards new high-tech specializations in science which meet the requirements of society, Manara University organized an online academic lecture on "ADAS and Auto-driving". The lecture was presented by Engineer Yazan Wassouf, lecturer in the Department of Robotics and Mechatronics at Bauman Moscow State Technical University. The lecture presented a brief introduction into auto-driven vehicles and covered several aspects, including driving levels, system structure, sensors and control systems. Professor Konstantin G. Meshcherin, head of the Department of Auto-driven Vehicles at Bauman University, also talked about the projects undertaken by the Russian company, Kamaz, in this field.
