Vision
Because of the urgent need imposed on local community to orient the goals to self-sufficiency and independency, the establishment of the project incubator at Manara University was to meet the local and international labor market demands and to guide the youth towards financial independence. In addition to linking theory with practice to efficiently contribute in enriching community. 

Mission
Developing community with all its categories, creating individual and collective pioneering job opportunities that seek a healthy work environment with clear effective roles. The time being imposed the interrelation of specialties, students should be encouraged to move away from the stereotypical status of the graduate who is looking for a fixed job and introducing diverse job opportunities. 
 
Method
1- Announcing the establishment of the incubator and fostering small and micro enterprises and inviting anyone interested. 
2- Lectures and workshops to introduce to the local community the concept of freelancing, entrepreneurship and work ethics in addition to constant distribution of surveys.
3- Communication with possible entities to finance the projects like funding institutions, banks, local and international organizations to support those projects via special loans.
4- Support emerging and creative projects and polish them with relevant knowledge and skills.
5- Introductory and marketing exhibitions for the projects with prior preparation of logistic needs. 
6- Encouraging people with disabilities to work in a comfortable way according to their state.
7- Contact with entrepreneurial agencies from diverse sectors to share their experience, methods of income, risks expectations and advices.
8- Constant training for participants to be updated with the latest local and international labor market trends and to start businesses individually and with a team.
9- Contacting career guidance centers in private and public universities and holding joint exhibitions.
10- Working towards the achievement of the SDGs.
11- Open day events to introduce the new projects.
12- Establishing a data base for the university for all previous and prospective participants and their work samples. 
13- Delivering formal electronic application samples.
14- Constant archiving of the incubator’s projects.
