Dispatch Directorate

 Main Responsibilities:


1.         Contributes in studying the university needs from academic members to dispatch them and enhance the academic presence at the university.

2.        Follows up with the legal procedures of dispatch.

3.        Communicates and follows up with the delegates in terms of scientific performance and requirements.

4.       Prepares annual reports for the university's delegates and submits them to university board.

5.        Coordinates with the financial directorate regarding all relevant expenses of the delegates.

6.        Contributes in setting a dispatch system including internal and external regulations.
