In implementation of the agreement between Manara University and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent and based on the belief in the importance of integrating people with disabilities in society as being different but normal, an activity was held on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The activity revolved around the role of Manara University in integrating people with disabilities in society and included a presentation of some of inspirational success stories of the university students, and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent beneficiaries, in addition to various interactive recreational activities for the beneficiaries. Volunteers from the Red Crescent and the students of the Occupational Therapy Department participated in the activities.
