Student activities directorate and the faculty of business administration -department of hotel and tourism management- organized a field trip to the National Museum, Latin Church and Mar Takla Church in Latakia. The trip was under the supervision of Dr. Wafaa Sarem, lecturer of /Rural and Urban Touristic Sites/ and / Archeological Touristic Sites/ courses.
Students learned about the touristic sites in the museum and the ways to transform the historical areas into museums and preserve them. In addition to learning about the European style of building churches when visiting Latin Church and being familiarized with the Roman cemeteries in Mar Takla Church, the ancient history and methods of building the sites
