As part of Eurasmus' Traditional Craft Heritage “Training, Design and Marketing in Jordan and Syria”, Manara University, in collaboration with engineers Nasser Nasser and Mohammad Al-Sayed, held a workshop for the students of the Faculty of Architecture on "Utilizing Modern Technology and Materials in Reviving Traditional Crafts ".The workshop came as a continuation of the previous workshops on gypsum-antique glass, in order to achieve the ultimate goal of the project through the use of modern materials and technology to revive traditional crafts. Modern materials (Foam boards,) and CNC + Laser Cutter Machines were used in Manara University HANDS-specific laboratory. At the end of the workshop, the works were displayed, and participation certificates were distributed.
