As part of the academic activities of the Faculty of Business Administration, Manara University organized an "Academic Professional Meeting with the Companies Sponsoring Students' Academic Training", with the aim of developing learning, establishing connections with the job market and eventually preparing well-trained cadres. The activity included various interventions and presentations. Representing Uranus Company, a pioneer in digital marketing, Mr. Hanna Qoja made a distinguished presentation, in which he introduced the attendees to the sections of the company, the services it provides, its vision and mission.This was followed by a presentation by Marwa Dweri and Sara Qaqa'a, students of the Department of E-commerce and Marketing, in which they talked about their practical training experience with all its pros and cons, in addition to offering some advice on the importance of grabbing this opportunity by their colleagues. Another presentation was made by the Manager of Jordan-Syria Bank in Lattakia, Mss. Kinda Khallouf, who explained to the students about the banking services offered by their bank and the activities that can be practiced by the students during their banking training. This was followed again by a presentation by Marah Al-Haji and Judy Afshari, students of the Department of Financial Management and Banking, which focused on analyzing the strengths and weaknesses, obstacles and opportunities regarding their training experience at the bank. The activity was concluded by a presentation by Mr. Shadi Ebad, representing La Mira Hotel, followed by another SWOT by Anji Maqdesi, a student of the Department of Hotel Management and Tourism, who talked about the added value she gained during her training experience, most important of which is linking theory to practice in hotel services.
