As per the mutual interest in enhancing the scientific and cultural collaboration between Manara University and Al-Sham Private University and working towards the joint cooperation between the two parties in areas related to research, training, development and spreading knowledge, MU and ASPU signed a memorandum of understanding on 21/02/2021 with the attendance of rectors and representatives of both universities.
