The students of Services Marketing course from the Faculty of Business Administration went on a field trip to Golden Beach Hotel on 01/12/2020. The trip was under the supervision of Dr. Rizan Nassour, head of Marketing and E-Commerce department.

 During the trip, students were introduced to the departments of customer service and reservations and went on a tour around the hotel.
